A leading psychic has backed Lichfield’s Shaun Smith to achieve huge success on the back of Britain’s Got Talent.

Dean Maynard, who has worked with a number of celebrities, says many of his reality TV tips achieve success before and after the cameras have stopped rolling.

His previous tips have included Rachel Rice winning last year’s Big Brother, Leona Lewis winning 2006’s X-Factor from her first audition, Jodie Prenger winning BBC’s I’d Do Anything, which gave her the Nancy role in West End’s Oliver, and Suzanne Shaw winning Dancing on Ice.

Dean said:

“Shaun has an awesome voice and image and I think he will do very well before, during and after Britain’s Got Talent. In the past two shows I have backed Damon Scott and classical quartet Escala, both are still doing very well, so if Shaun needs a lucky edge he need look no further.”

Shaun is currently second favourite to win the show with Scottish singer Susan Boyle leading the betting.
