Youngsters aged eight to 15-years-old who enjoy dancing, singing or acting are being invited to attend the class, held at Mile Oak Community Centre every Sunday, from 3.30pm-5pm.

The class gives young people the opportunity to dance, sing and act whilst they learn routines from famous shows such as High School Musical and Mamma Mia.

After the success of the last term, professional dance teacher Ami Radcliffe is working with the young people on a bigger and better performance.

Over the coming months, the kids will work towards putting on their own show where they can show off their talent to the local community.

Wendy Sweatman, Community Leisure Officer, said:

“Earlier this year the children worked very hard perfecting their lines, rehearsing the songs and dance routines for their performance of Wizard of Oz. Ami and the gang are now back at work learning new songs and dance routines. The group is now working on a new production, so it’s an ideal time to come and join the fun.”

The sessions are pay as you go and cost £5 per week. For more information please call Mobile Leisure on 01543 308766.
