The Galacticos

The Galacticos claimed the Lichfield Sunday six-a-side title with three games to spare after hammering Catalans 8-0.

Norfolk moved ahead in the race for second spot as Ashley Bennett helped them beat Bassett’s Allstars 2-0, while Li Thi cruised 3-0 against Hexis FC Marvels to move out of the relegation zone.

Barmy Army Tage are keeping themselves in the promotion race after a single goal victory against Balboa’s Boys with the pick of the other games seeing Matt Murcot play at his best but still Hexis FC Legends couldn’t beat FC Licho, the game ending 2-2.

Boley Park Academy showed that they are very much still in the Monday title race and saw off bottom of the pile Banana Grove 6-1.

Hats Off are only one place above the Banana Boys, and they too lost again as Monkeys Punk beat them 2-1, while a single goal victory was enough for Plough and Harrow to sneak home against Old Heads.

Top met bottom in division one, and TTB cruised home 2-0 against Dads Army in a regulation victory, while Family United maintained their promotion challenge with a 3-0 dismissal of England Youth.

The pick of the performances, though, saw Barmy Army Tage find form with a 6-1 destruction of Six On Legs.

Sporting Lisbon claimed second spot in the Tuesday league with a last day victory over TDHG, beating them 2-1 to ensure they join ACFC at the Leisure Leagues National Tournament.

Friary Boys only had a slim chance of finishing second and saw even those hopes extinguished with a 3-1 defeat to FC No Chance, while KED will go into the new season with great heart after seeing off Bayern Neverlosin 2-1.
