fuselogo_smallFundraising is set to kick off for a Lichfield music event.

The Fuse music festival – dubbed the event in a tent – will benefit from a number of quiz nights at The Queens Head pub.

The Monday events kick off on November 9 at 7.45pm, with entry costing £6 per team of up to four people.

Fuse Director Tim Perks said:

“This is wonderful news for next year’s Fuse, which is expected to cost £30,000 with public interest so high. This  a great start to our fundraising campaign.”

Queens Head spokeswoman Marieanne Finch added:

“We are delighted to be able to help this splendid free community arts festival. All income from tickets sold will be donated to Fuse.”

Following the opening quiz night, future fundraisers will take place on November 23 and December 14.
