And on June 26 five bands will be appearing, starting with the Tommaso Starace Quartet. Next up will be bluesman Chicago Red, followed by the eight piece swing of Kingsize Five. The stunning voice of Sarah Gillespie will be joined by saxophonist Gilad Atzmon before The Big Easy round off the day with their usual all-singing, all-dancing performance.

Jazz fans will be in for a treat on the festival’s Sunday (June 27) bill as drummer Asif Sirkis brings his trio along, before Backdoor Too showcase jazz rock from the seventies.

Finishing off the day session will be the maverick jazz outfit Led Bib – a young quintet making a name for themselves with their avant-jazz-euphoric-rock explosive sounds.

Finally to end the festival one of Britain’s favourite performers Alan Price will be playing his rootsy blues , including many of his hits from House  of the Rising Sun to Rosetta.

And as well as the music there will be a choice of 35 real ales and traditional ciders.

Visitors can camp or bring their caravans to the site which has shower and toilet facilities.
