Visitors to Lichfeld will have more places to park over the Easter weekend.

On April 2 and 3 the Police Mutual’s car park will be open between 9am and 4pm. Parking will be free but people can make an optional donation to charity.

The car park at Greenhill Medical Centre will also be open to the public on Friday and Saturday.

Councillor Louise Flowith, Cabinet Member for Operational Services, said:

“We are very grateful to our partners, Police Mutual and Greenhill Medical Centre, for helping us to boost parking spaces over the Easter break. We hope lots of people will take advantage of this special offer and have a very happy Easter.”

Police Mutual is on Queen Street, next to Festival Gardens in Lichfield. Greenhill Health Centre is on Church Street, off Rotten Row in Lichfield.
