Mark Robertson, Vice Principal of South Staffordshire College, said:

“I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation. It was great to meet such an enthusiastic, committed group of people. The college is delighted to have an excellent working relationship with Lichfield District Council. They have certainly set an example for others to follow, both in the superb achievement of all the team in achieving 100 per cent success, and in the commitment shown by managers and officials to support this training. Congratulations to all involved.”

Councillor Colin Greatorex, Cabinet Member for Organisational Development, said:

“This is a huge achievement and well done to everyone for passing with flying colours. It shows our commitment to giving the best possible customer service, and will mean that our standards get even better.”

The NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service was funded through the Train to Gain scheme. It includes units on how to deliver good, reliable customer service, process customer information and make customer service personal.
