Lichfield’s Debenhams store is celebrating its first anniversary.

The company opened in the Three Spires Shopping Centre on May 16, 2013.

Since opening its doors at the former TJ Hughes site, the shop has sold more than 6,000 lipsticks and 12,000 bottles of perfume.

And more than 78,000 cups of tea and coffee have been served in the cafe.

Sales manager Zak James-Cotgrave said: “Our first year has flown by.”
