Go-ahead for plan to convert part of old Lichfield hotel into offices

Plans to convert part of a former hotel in Lichfield into offices have been given the green light.

Part of the vacant Olde Corner House Hotel at Muckley Corner has already been changed into residential properties.

And Lichfield District Council has now approved the proposal to change a three-storey part of the former hotel into office space.

The original Muckley Corner hotel had been a coaching in during the 1790s, but it closed in 2010.

Full details of the new plans can be seen on Lichfield District Council’s planning website.
