Allied victory in Japan during World War Two will be remembered at the National Memorial Arboretum on Friday (August 15).

The Malayan Volunteer Force Memorial Garden at the Alrewas venue will play host the the annual service.

The ceremony – which takes place from noon to 1pm – will feature hymns, readings and wreath-laying.
