Former Doctor Who star Louise Jameson to star in The Mousetrap at the Garrick

Forma Doctor Who star Louise Jameson is set appear at the Lichfield Garrick as part of the 60th anniversary tour of Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap.

The box office smash hit stops off in the city from April 4 to 9 next year.

Louise Jameson is well-known for her long-running roles as Leela, a companion of Tom Baker’s Doctor in Doctor Who, Susan Young in Bergerac¸ Eleanor Glasson in Doc Martin, and Rosa di Marco in EastEnders.

A spokesperson for the city theatre said: “The Mousetrap is famous around the world for being the longest running show of any kind in the history of theatre, with over 25,000 performances.

“The thriller is back at the Lichfield Garrick by popular demand following a record breaking sell out week in 2012/2013.”
