Lichfield City FC returned to winning ways with a 5-1 thumping of Studley.
Michael Taylor gave Gary Birch’s men an early lead as they dominated the opening proceedings, before the visitors almost went level when a deflection struck the upright.
But Tyron Smith extended Lichfield’s lead with 28 minutes on the clock.
Dave Yonwin went close as City threatened to run riot, but Studley gave the hosts something to think about as they pulled one back befor the break.
Despite a brighter opening, the visitors conceded their third when Yonwin found the net before Smith added his second.
Studley’s misery was compounded when an own goal saw Lichfield seal a 5-1 win.
