Lichfield’s MP has blasted a Treasury report into the impact of Britain leaving the EU as “intellectual dishonesty”.

The latest salvo in the Brexit battle saw the Government release a study claiming the average household would be £4,300 a year worse off if the country leaves the European Union.

But Lichfield MP Michael Fabricant – who is backing Brexit – questioned the content of the report.

He added: “The dreadful thing is that [George] Osborne’s document has brought him, the Treasury and the party into disrepute.”

This from the man who voted against the Minimum Wage. They don’t like it up ’em do they? Plenty more reports where that came from. I still think he’s a double agent. After all Putin wants us to leave doesn’t he?
