London Midland has confirmed it does not expect any trains to run to and from Lichfield on the cross city line today.
The discovery of a 250kg unexploded World War Two bomb in Aston saw cancellations throughout the day yesterday.
Now commuters are facing more of the same today with train operator London Midland warning it does not expect any services to run.
#CrossCity update – Sorry, but we are not expecting any service on the Cross City north today. South will run as normal

Rail replacement buses are running between Lichfield and Sutton Coldfield, while tickets are also being accepted on Cross Country services too.
