The bravery of pilots who have survived crash landings and parachuted from damaged aircraft will be explored in a talk at the National Memorial Arboretum.

Chairman of The Goldfish Club, Sqn Ldr (Ret’d) Art Stacey, will also speak about the so-called ‘guinea pig’ pilots who were among the first to receive pioneering plastic surgery for burn injuries.

The talk takes place at 2.30pm at the Millennium Chapel at the Alrewas site on Saturday (May 27).
