Open day at Lichfield Lawn Tennis Club

tennisballandracquet pic: Kevin LauIt might not be Wimbledon fortnight just yet, but Lichfield Lawn Tennis Club are celebrating the game with an open day.

The event – on May 10 from 2pm to 4pm – will allow potential members of any ability to go along to the club on Birmingham Road and find out more about tennis.

Lichfield Lawn Tennis Club secretary David Hunt said:

“The day is for all those wanting to join our club, whether you’ve not played before or looking to get back into the game.”

The club has five all-weather floodlit courts, social tennis nights and competetive games against rival clubs from the region.

There is also a set amount of free coaching available to all junior players and new adult members too.

For more information on the open day contact Nick Grant on 01332 824649 or visit our the Lichfield Lawn Tennis Club website.
