An alternative history of Lichfield is showcased at a forthcoming event.

Priests, Pubs and Prostitutes at Lichfield City examines some of the more unusual elements of the city’s past.

Participants will be able to find out about the Franciscan Friary founded in 1230 and destroyed on the orders of Henry VIII in 1538.
