Lichfield golfers are being invited to an open day at Aston Wood Golf Course.
The newly-refurbished clubhouse will be on show at the open weekend on May 16-17, with free golf lessons also on offer.
Head of Golf Simon Smith, who will also be giving a ‘trick shots’ display on both days, explained:
“We have just completed a lot of work on the course as well as the clubhouse and conference facilities and we are keen to show them off to as many people as possible. If someone would like to play a round at the course before deciding whether or not to join us, then I would be delighted to arrange that for them.”
The event at the course – on Blake Street, Little Aston – runs from 10am to 3pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
