Youngsters in Burntwood will be able to learn what it takes to be a lifeguard during half-term.
A four-day course at Burntwood Leisure Centre will teach youngsters aged eight to 12 a variety of skills
One hour a day will be spent in the swimming pool learning personal survival techniques in lifesaving and the next hour will be spent learning first aid and basic life saving techniques.
The course runs from May 26-29 from 9am to 11am daily. The course costs £24 and youngsters will need swimming kit to take part.
