Fans of Chasetown FC will be able to relive the greatest day in the club’s history when the Scholars travel to Cardiff City for a pre-season friendly.
Chasetown will visit the new Cardiff City Stadium on July 10 – preceeding pre-season visits by European giants Celtic and Valencia.
The game will see Charlie Blakemore’s side lock horns once more with Dave Jones’ Bluebirds, following their historic FA Cup Round Three clash in 2008.
Tickets for the 7.45pm kick off will be on sale on June 23-25, priced £10 adults and £5 concessions.
The club are also laying on two coach options to get supporters to and from the game int he Welsh capital. An 8am coach is priced at £20 while the 3pm coach is £13.
A Chasetown spokesperson said:
“This is one of the biggest occasions in Chasetown’s proud history, so get your tickets and ensure that you are a part of it.”
