Lyn Shiel and Jayne Tooth from St Giles Hospice prepare for the Mammoth Coffee Morning Week
The management team at Three Spires Shopping Centre in Lichfield will be putting on the kettle for St Giles Hospice to support the charity’s first ever Mammoth Coffee Morning Week. Lisa Prokopiou, Centre Manager, and Julia Woodward, Centre Administrator, will be hosting a coffee and cake stall within the Three Spires Shopping Centre between 10am and 12noon on July 28, and encouraging shoppers to make a donation in return for a cuppa and delicious slice of cake. All the cakes for the stall have been kindly donated by Three Spires Centre Management, Costa Coffee and Spir3s Café, and all donations will go towards helping raise much-needed funds for St Giles. Meanwhile, Smart Ideas is providing eye-catching giant tea cups to decorate the stall! St Giles Hospice is a registered charity offering high-quality medical and nursing care for people with cancer and other serious illnesses, as well as providing support for their families and carers. Care is offered at the hospice’s facilities in Sutton Coldfield and Whittington between Lichfield and Tamworth , or in patients’ own homes across the region. St Giles spends £6 million every year providing its specialist services and with less than a third of this funded by the Government, relies heavily on donations and fundraising.
