A classic children’s tale is set to be recreated as part of the Lichfield Literary Festival.
The 40th anniversary of Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar will be celebrated with a puppet version of the classic tale.
Lichfield Festival director Richard Hawley confirmed the inclusion of the production in the Literary Festival on his blog.
Families and young children will get three chances to enjoy the show at Wade Street Church on October 9. Performance times will be confirmed nearer to the date.
