Digital cameras in focus at Lichfield and Shenstone courses

cameraLichfield and Shenstone libraries are offering people the chance  to learn more about how to use their digital cameras to their best potential with a six week course.

The training sessions are suitable for those who were lucky enough to receive a digital camera for Christmas or those who want to use their cameras more effectively.

The weekly courses take place at Lichfield Library starting on January 7 from 9.30am to 11.30 am and Shenstone Library from January 8 between 9.15am and 11.15am.

People joining the course are expected to have basic computer skills and will be required to bring along their own digital camera and memory card or stick.

County Councillor Ben Adams, Cabinet Member for Communities and Culture said:

“Digital photography is increasingly widespread and this course will give learners the opportunity to manage and transfer their photographs using a computer.”

The  course costs £30. For more information contact Lichfield Library on 01543 510700 or email, Shenstone Library on 01543 480915 or email
