Chasetown FC’s first team will get back into match action with a visit to Pelsall Villa for a friendly fixture on tonight (January 19).

The match has been arranged after the Scholars’ programme was severely disrupted by the winter weather, with the last full-scale game being back on December 15 against Walsall Wood.

Manager Charlie Blakemore organsed the game to get his players back to full match fitness, and said that his three latest signings – Ramone Stephens, Gary Hay and Scott Embrey – will feature in the squad for their long-awaited debuts.

Kick-off at The Bush is at 7.45pm.
