Visitors to a restaurant near Lichfield will be able to sample the treats from its menu at a food and wine tasting evening.
The event is being hosted on March 8 at The Fox and Hounds in Shenstone to mark the launch of the new Spring menu at the La Maison restaurant.
Chef Michael Faulkner will be creating a selection of “mini dishes” from his new menu while a representative from Telford’s Wines will be introducing a new selection of drinks to accompany the food.
Landlord Ken Gardner said:
“We are delighted at the way La Maison is developing and this is just an opportunity to let people sample what the restaurant has to offer. I will also be very interested to hear opinions on the new wines we are thinking of introducing.”
Entrance to the tasting evening is free and everyone is welcome.
