
Staffordshire theatre director Julia Stafford-Northcote is coming to Lichfield with a production of Oscar Wilde’s Importance of Being Earnest.
The play is being staged to raise funds to restore the Herkenrode windows at Lichfield Cathedral. The opening night of the run, April 13, will be staged in the Cathedral itself, with other performances at Bishton Hall near Stafford.
Julia and her Lookout! theatre group have returned from a threatened retirement with this famed tale.
The Lichfield production begins at 7pm. Tickets are £15 and are available from The Book and Gift Shop, No.9 The Close, Lichfield. Alternatively they can be booked by calling 01543 306150.
