Blues fans will be in for a treat as Michael Roach returns to Lichfield.
The critically-acclaimed singer-songwriter will play Holy Cross Hall on March 26 as part of Lichfield Arts’ season of blues nights.
Michael was born in Washington DC and has lived in the UK for the past 12 years. He plays and sings in the East Coast style of the Blues that dates back to the 1920’s. His guitars include a six string, 12 string Gibson and a National Steel.
Lichfield Arts Director Brian Pretty said:
“Michael Roach is seen as one of the best purveyors of solo country blues playing today, and this concert is a great way to start off our Spring Jazz and Blues Session.”
The concert starts at 8.30pm and tickets can be booked on 01543 262223 or online at www.lichfieldarts.org.uk.
