Residents in the Redwood Park area of Chase Terrace are being given the chance to have their say on local issues.
Police and community partners are staging a special Saturday morning Community Pride meeting on April 10 at the Redwood Park Community Centre starting at 10am.
The aim of the meeting is for local people to raise any issues which will then be discussed with police and other local partners.
PCSO Tim Hughes said:
“This is a good opportunity for people in the area to meet their local officers and community partners and discuss with them any concerns or issues they may have. We want to hear people’s comments and concerns about issues which affect their area and promise to do what we can to help resolve them.”
Community Pride is part of a drive by Trent Valley police, Lichfield District Council and partners to encourage people to get to know their local neighbourhood officers and representatives and discuss community concerns.
People can get their neighbourhood officer’s name, telephone and e-mail contact details by visiting their local police station, calling Staffordshire Police on 0300 123 44 55 or by clicking on the local policing link on the home page of the force’s website.
