So far the 2010 general election campaign in Lichfield seems to have been a fairly low-key affair. The ban on political posters on lamp posts means there is less of a presence than previous elections but it seems the candidates have been relatively quiet so far.

To see if they really are out trying to get our vote we’d like you to do two things. First, we’ve created a map for you to pinpoint whenever you see a candidate canvassing the area. The map is below and instructions are here. Secondly, if you get a leaflet through your door from a political party, please add it to The Straight Choice, a web site that tracks election leaflets across the UK.

Help us to see if the candidates really are trying to win your vote, or just not that interested in Lichfield!
