Pelsall Predators beat The Big Devils 3-0, but still finished second behind LGCC on goal difference. The Kings of Zimbabwe will hope for promotion next term, but they will need to better than their 3-0 loss to Graham Rix, while perhaps the pick of the other games saw Burntwood 6 hammer wooden spoon winners The Untouchables 4-1.
In the Monday evening league Athletico Chasetown got off the mark in stunning fashion, thumping early strugglers ROFL 7-0. AFC Clayhanger have won both their games, and eased out Beercalona 3-0.
A pair of 5-1 victories in division one as Young Guns beat White Pele’s and Real Playaz did likewise against The Burntwood Boys, thanks largely to Craig Marshall.
Yew Tree look set to be a team to beat in division two and triumphed 3-0 against Weerder Beermen, while Day Release cruised 2-0 against FC Sporting.
Athletico Thistle were in tasty form, beating Hotdog Juniors 4-0, while Bobby Dazzlers moved top with a 3-1 victory over Team Salad.
