The events will take place at Chase Terrace Technology College and feature subjects such as creating hand puppets, batik painting, kite making and drawing.

Celia Houghton, Lichfield District Council’s Arts Development Officer, said:

“This year’s open art exhibition promises to be a fantastic event, featuring stunning pieces of work from local artists. It is also a great opportunity for visitors to explore their creativity, and have a go at a variety of artistic disciplines as part of the free art sessions.”

The workshops are a big part of the annual Burntwood Open Art Exhibition, which is running at Chase Terrace Technology College, from July 30 to August 7, from 10am to 4pm.
