Burntwood councillors set to hold advice surgery

Cllr Steve Norman

Three Burntwood councillors have confirmed that their advice surgery will be taking place as usual during the summer.

Summerfield Ward District and Town Councillors Don Isaacs, Steve Norman and Bernard Brown will be holding their surgery in Burntwood Library on August 7 from 10am to 11am.

Residents are invited along to find out the latest situation regarding Staffordshire County Council’s threat to close the Household Waste and Recycling Centre and what the £30 million worth of cuts recently announced might mean for other front-line services in the town.

Councillors will be on hand to deal with any local government matters, give advice on benefits, council services and on any anti-social behaviour issues.  No appointment is needed.
