The latest plans to redevelop an airfield near Lichfield are set to go on display.

Developers the Evans Property Group are inviting Fradley residents to view the proposals between 4pm and 8pm on September 17 and 10am and 2pm on September 18.

This will be the second exhibition outlining the plans to convert the remaining airfield land into housing.

The first exhibition followed Lichfield District Council’s publication of their Preferred Options version of the Core Strategy for the district. This identified the potential to re-allocate to residential development some of the airfield land, which currently has planning permission for industrial development, in order to provide some 750 new homes.
