The fifties will be in focus at a special event at Lichfield Library.
The History Wardrobe Company will be showcasing their Fabulous Fifties presentation on October 2.
From 4.30pm, Gillian Stapleton and Lucy Adlington will showcase a glamorous Cinderella transformation set in the decade that reinvented dazzle.
County Councillor Terry Finn said:
“The History Wardrobe Company has entertained audiences before at Lichfield library with their successful presentations including Undressing Mr Darcy and Jane Austen’s Christmas.
“The Fabulous Fifties is part of Lichfield Library’s programme of celebrations for National Older Persons Day and promises to be a very enjoyable walk down memory lane”.
