Soccer school for girls set to take place in Lichfield

Girls will be able to brush up on their football skills at a soccer school in Lichfield.

Taking place at King Edwards Leisure Centre every Monday from 6pm to 7pm from October 11, the event will cater for players of all abilities aged four to 12.

The training is being hosted by Progressive Sports and managing director Eddie Ray said:

“The Soccer School is about providing the children with the best grounding and early introduction to football. We have also worked hard on creating the right environment – together with a pathway into local clubs.”

The coaching will be led by UEFA/FA female coaches who have played and continue to play for clubs such as Aston Villa Ladies, Coventry City Ladies, Wolverhampton Wanderers Ladies and Leicester City Ladies.
