Opposition out to give Chasetown FC a run for their money

Chasetown FC will look to make it three wins in as many games when they take on Ossett Town at the Scholars Ground.

Charlie Blakemore’s men will be able to cement their place amongst the front-runners with three points today (October 2).

But Ossett boss Phil Sharpe has said his side will be looking to ensure Chasetown don’t get the chance to build up a head of steam.

He told the Yorkshire Evening Post:

“It is another a game we are not expected to get anything from, but, I hope we can rise to the occasion again. We are confident we can give them a game.”

The game kicks off at 3pm at the Scholars Ground.
