Advice is on offer for dog owners at two drop-in events in Lichfield.
The free sessions are being held give locals advice about how to be responsible owners – such as keeping barking down and always clearing up any dog mess.
They are also an opportunity to find out about the council’s micro-chipping service, which costs just £10.
The first one is on Saturday (October 30) at Shortbutts Park from 10am to 12noon. This will be followed by another event on the same day at Beacon Park from 12.30pm to 3pm.
Councillor Ian Pritchard, Lichfield District Council’s Cabinet Member for Housing, Health and Environmental Protection, said:
“These events are set to offer dog owners useful tips and will be a chance to book your dog in to be micro-chipped.”
