Student Emily Nancarrow travelled to London to meet other Olympic Dreams participants before returning to Staffordshire with a science teacher and student from Valley High in Iowa, USA – the school the American Olympic champion attended. The guests were shown around the school and met other teachers and pupils, as well as discussing a potential partnership across the Atlantic. A spokesperson said:
“Everyone at Chasetown is very excited about being part of Olympic Dreams and are looking forward to contacting students in Valley High.”
