Runners from across the country are signing up for the Florette Fradley 10K race.

The event, on March 13, is proving popular thanks to the course’s flat road surfaces which make it an ideal race for first-timers and experienced athletes looking for a personal best.

Paul Griffin from organisers KP Events is pleased that the event is attracting wider interest. He said:

“The Florette Fradley 10k has traditionally been more of a local event for Midlands athletes but this year we’ve witnessed a definite trend for more people from the south west and south east contacting us for information and entry. Overall entries are on a par with last year and we expect a surge in registrations as the Spring weather kicks in over the next month or so.”
