Chasetown FC have boosted their attacking options with the signing of Chris Morris.
The striker has moved to the Scholars Ground from Rushall Olympic.
The former Hednesford Town man has earned rave reviews with his goalscoring exploits for the Pics, but has opted to make the short move to Chasetown.
The switch has not pleased his former boss Neil Kitching, who described Morris’ decision as “amazing”.
But Chasetown boss Charlie Blakemore will be pleased to have another proven goalscorer in his armoury.
However, the 22-year-old is unlikely to feature in tonight’s trip to Halifax Town, after the Scholars boss admitted Morris was “a couple of weeks” away from first team action.
The game at Halifax this evening (March 22) kicks off at 7.45pm.
