St Giles Hospice is launching its Super Summer Raffle to help fund the care it gives across the region.

As well as the jackpot, there are also 250 additional prizes ranging from £5 up to £2,000.

Richard Simmonite, commercial manager of the St Giles Hospice Lottery, said:

“The Super Summer Raffle is a fabulous opportunity for people to win some big cash prizes and, like last summer, we will again be handing out prizes worth more than £13,000 to lucky winners.

“St Giles is also a big winner, as every penny of our profits goes directly towards providing hospice care. So, even those who are not fortunate enough to be a winner know that their money is being well spent.”

Tickets cost £1 each and are available from St Giles Hospice Shops, Walsall Hospice Shops, St Giles Lottery representatives, via the website at www.stgileshospice.com or by calling the ticket hotline on 0845 370 6580. Books of tickets are also available for supporters to sell, with the ultimate aim to raise £50,000 towards the hospice’s caring services for local people with cancer and other serious illnesses.

The draw takes place on July 20 and all purchased tickets must be returned by June 30.
