“Can the scientific method tell us anything of value about birth, death, the origin of reality – and its end?”
Lichfield Cathedral’s organ will be under the guidance of Peter King at noon as he performs works by Liszt, Mendelssohn and Schumann.
The George VI will welcome the Rob Anstey Quartet at 9.30pm, while a sing-along workshop at the Lichfield Guildhall will work with hits from the Great American Songbook.
Meanwhile a cinematic classic will feature in an outdoor showing when Casablanca is shown in the Chapter Gardens.
People will also play detective when they begin the hunt for Trevor, the Festival’s pig.
Every day the decorated statue will be in a different location across the city. The first person to spot him and report back to education@lichfieldfestival.org will win two tickets to a Lichfield Festival event.
