The Young'uns

The Teeside trio – Sean Cooney, David Eagle and Michael Hughes – have been making waves on the UK scene with their arrangements of close harmony songs.

They will be hoping to repeat their success of 2011 this year after they recorded a song for Aardman Animations’ film The Itch of the Golden Nit and played at festivals across the country.

Lichfield Arts Director Chris Newcombe said: “These boys are really making waves on the folk scene and we are delighted to have them at the Guildhall.”.

Tickets for their February 18 show are priced at £12 adults, £11 concessions, £10 members and £6 students and can either be purchased on the door or in advance from Lichfield Arts Box Office, Donegal House, Bore Street, Lichfield, WS13 6LU. Alternatively, call 01543 262223 or visit to book.
