Nursery rhyme tale comes to the stage at the Lichfield Garrick

A nursery rhyme will be coming to life this Easter as the Lichfield Garrick hosts a production of There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly.

Presented by the team behind How The Koala Learnt To Hug and The Witch’s Bogey, this new show has been written especially for parents to enjoy with their children.

A spokesperson said: “You are invited to relive the delights of this funny tale – with a feast of first class games, colourful animal characters and heart-warming family fun. It’s the perfect treat for anyone aged 4 to 104!”

There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly is playing at the Lichfield Garrick on April 9 at 2.30pm. Tickets cost £9 a person or £32 for a family of four, and can be booked from or by calling the box office on 01543 412121.
