New plans have been submitted for new homes on the site of a former pub in Burntwood. The site of the Greyhound on Boney Hay Road has been empty since the business was demolished. But developers have now put forward plans for 14 houses and nine apartments on the plot. A previous scheme for 21 houses on the site was withdrawn in 2010. Residents can have their say on the proposal on Lichfield District Council’s planning website.
