Chasetown FC will return to league action with a home clash against Lincoln United.

The visitors have endured a poor start to the season, with three league defeats and a loss in the cup.

Craig Harris will be hoping his Scholars side can take advantage of the early season basement boys’ defensive woes, which have have seen Lincoln concede 15 goals in their first three league outings.

Chasetown go into the game on the back of a 2-1 FA Cup success against Rocester and a 2-0 league win against Newcastle Town and will be hoping for more of the same tomorrow (September 1), kick-off 3pm.

Meanwhile, Chasetown’s fixture with Coalville Town has been brought forward to September 15, meaning the club will play five consecutive home games from September 8.
