The popular indoor wattbike training sessions are returning to Lichfield’s Friary Grange Leisure Centre.
Those interested in taking part during October are asked to attend assessment dates on September 25 or 27.
Spaces are limited and the assessment costs £10. To book, email Phil Kelly.
