Council’s online questionnaire for Lichfield and Burntwood residents

Lichfield District Council is asking residents to fill in an online questionnaire to help shape the services and policies it provides and develops.

From bin collections, to managing three leisure centres, through to street cleaning and running local parks, the council is keen to know if it is doing a good job.

Some households will have already received a copy of the Lichfield District Residents’ Questionnaire in the post. However, the council is keen to get the views of as many people over the age of 16 as possible, so is urging anyone who does not have a copy of the questionnaire to answer it online.

Councillor Colin Greatorex said: “We hope plenty of our residents will spare about ten minutes to give us their views. It’s important that we get lots of feedback, so we can find out if our services are right for local people and in what ways we could improve them.”

Anyone who uses Lichfield District Council’s services and is over 16 years of age can fill in the Residents’ Questionnaire at www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/voiceit until October 7. As an added incentive, everyone who completes it will have the option to be entered into a prize draw to win a family ticket to see Alice in Wonderland at the Lichfield Garrick this Christmas.

The council will be running a separate questionnaire for under 16s soon. If you would like to give your views in this survey, email lisa.clarke@lichfielddc.gov.uk.
