A vintage event is returning to the Chasewater Railway.
An Autumn Winter Affair follows the successful We’ll Meet Again day held during the summer.
The showcase on November 4 – hosted by Always Red Events – will be raising money for the railway with a mixture of handmade craft and retro items, together with live music dancing, while children will be able to enjoy a bouncy castle and face painting.
A spokesperson added: “You can also wet your whistle and keep refreshed with Speakeasy Cocktails who will be working some mixology magic.
“The Pop-Up Vintage Salon returns to offer hair and make-up styling, including victory rolls, beehives, waves and curl sets à la Marilyn Monroe and Dita Von Teese, from just £5.
“There’s also the vintage photo booth where you can have your photo taken and receive two vintage prints on the day.”
The Sidings Tea Room will be serving a Sunday carvery and afternoon tea on the day and tables can be booked by calling Jenny on 07563 754498.
A full service of historic trains will also be running on the day.
