Firefighters have tackled a blaze at a pub in Lichfield.

The chimney fire started at the Duke of York at 8pm last night (April 9).

A spokesperson from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Firefighters used chimney gear to tackle the fire as well as a thermal imaging camera to identify hot spots.

“They left the scene shortly after midnight.”
